• Do you do international shipping?

    As a start up small business, we are currently not doing international shipping but we are planning to in the near future!

  • Where in the world are you based?

    Our shop is based on the US & located in the Bay Area. We get lots of sunny days around here!

     

  • Why is my order not tracked?

    As of right now, we use stamps as a shipping method to get your order to your home.

    * Please understand that since we cannot track your mail, lost mail is out of our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to circumstances out of our control. If you are experiencing delays with your package, please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number to see if they can help you track down your package. 

  • How long does it usually take to process an order?

    Our current processing time is 2-3 business days.

  • I have a question about my order, how do I contact you?

    Don’t hesitate to send me an email (universmess@gmail.com) if you have any questions or refer to my contact form. I do my best to respond within 24 hours during the work week.

  • Can I get a refund?

    All items are final sale, unless otherwise stated. If you receive an order that is damaged or missing items, please send me an email with your name, order number, and a picture of the damaged product. I will be happy to send you a replacement.

    Absolutely no exchanges on damaged items after 30 days.

  • Are you taking commissions requests or collaborations?
